My name is Samir, though across the digital world, more than 500,000 people know me as samvok7.

I was born Deaf, and I have never blamed anyone or anything for my path. In fact, at every step of my life, I have been deeply grateful for who I am. I’ve spent my journey connecting with Deaf individuals both locally and across the world, which brought incredible friendships and the chance to experience diverse cultures. While the way mainstream society perceives us has never bothered me, outdated, conventional tools designed without us in mind always held our community back. Today, the drive to overcome these traditional limitations and architect our own future is what connects me so deeply to this mission.

For over eight years, I have dedicated my life to content creation, live streaming, and storytelling within the global Deaf community. Being non-hearing and non-verbal has never been a limitation for me; it has been my superpower. Sign language are not universal, yet human connection, body language, and shared emotion transcend every spoken and geographical border. In nearly a decade of daily interaction with deaf individuals worldwide, I have learned that our community shares a common heartbeat, boundless creativity, and an unbreakable bond.

Throughout this journey, I noticed an undeniable truth: the Deaf community has consistently been overlooked, underserved, and fragmented in the mainstream digital space. Mainstream technology treats accessibility as an afterthought, leaving millions without dedicated platforms tailored to their visual nature, culture, and communication needs.

I built this website to change that narrative.

This platform marks the transition from content creation to building a unified Deaf World View. My ultimate mission is to bring the global Deaf community together under a single roof by developing specialized digital applications, accessible communication tools, and interactive spaces created by the Deaf, for the Deaf.

Creating an independent digital ecosystem of this scale requires immense dedication, resources, and engineering.
